The training begins with a keynote presentation of the Flawless Execution Model℠. A series of realistic medical cases studies are used to teach and reinforce the skills needed to implement the process of Flawless Execution. Training and practice focus on four elements: plan for your day or operation; brief the team so they are prepared for success; execute with a clear understanding of the needed accountability and discipline to accomplish the task while dealing with Task Saturation; and finally, debrief the activity.
